Hans Herwig Tauz
Head of Asset Management
Hans Herwig Tauz is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of our asset portfolio.

Hans Herwig Tauz
is responsible for all strategic and operational issues relating to our German assets. He has been involved in real estate management and asset management since 1995 and has gained experience at international companies such as Invesco Asset Management Germany, Euramco Asset Management GmbH, MEAG, Goldbeck Projektentwicklung and the Schörghuber Group as well as Müller International Immobilien (now BNP), with a focus on office buildings, retail locations and shopping centres in Germany and Austria, as well as logistics and special properties (data centres, hotels and gastronomy). Hans Herwig Tauz studied economics at the LMU Munich and holds a Certified Real Estate Degree from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Julian González Menéndez
Technical Asset Manager
As Technical Asset Manager he is responsible for the technical management of our Landmark Asset portfolio, in particular for SO / DasStue Berlin.

Julian González Menéndez
is responsible for the technical management of our Landmark Asset portfolio, in particular for SO / DasStue Berlin. His tasks include project management of maintenance and modernization measures, bidding process responsibility, analysis and construction assignments budget calculation and budget monitoring. Moreover, he oversees the day-to-day business of the Landmark Properties Palais an der Oper, LES 1 and Opernplatz XIV. New construction projects as well as transactions are executed under his expertise in strategic consulting and control, starting from early due diligence and ending with warranty management. Julian González Menéndez graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt with a degree in architecture.
Christopher Theis
Technical Asset Manager
As Technical Asset Manager, he is responsible for the technical management of our property portfolio, in particular for Opernplatz XIV in Frankfurt.

Christopher Theis
is responsible for the technical management of Opernplatz XIV in Frankfurt. Due to his many years of experience in real estate management, he has established himself as a specialist in technical property management. With a high degree of flexibility, technical expertise and a customer-oriented approach, he helps to continuously improve building operations and fulfil the individual requirements of the building and its tenants. Christopher Theis completed his studies in technical building management at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences and due to his technical training as a central heating and ventilation engineer, he has a keen eye for quality and details.
