He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and specializes in managing complex real asset structures and large-scale portfolios. His expertise spans all asset classes and includes a holistic approach to real estate across the entire lifecycle. Christian Bahn holds an Executive MBA (magna cum laude), is a Diplom-Immobilienwirt (DIA), and a Certified Real Estate Professional (IHK). He also completed Executive Education at Yale University with a focus on Sustainable Finance, ESG, and investment.

has been working in international property management since 1999, is responsible for our real estate portfolio, in particular the LES 1 in Hamburg and the Palais an der Oper in Munich. His extensive knowledge and experience, underpinned by a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Nottingham Trent University, UK, enable him to optimise our real estate strategies and create long-term value. Ulrich Heinl, as the main point of contact for tenants and the person responsible for implementing our strategies, enriches our team with his many years of experience and his expertise in transaction and portfolio management, providing a holistic view.

is supporting the management of our real estate portfolio as a commercial asset manager. His main focus rests on our landmark asset Opernplatz XIV and is characterized by all aspects of the operating phase. In particular, Mr. Shafieian is the first point of contact for our tenants, but is also responsible for implementing our marketing strategy for apartments and offices, the target of which is value-preserving follow-up lettings and ensuring a stable cash flow. Mr. Shafieian completed his Master's degree in Real Estate Management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. His extensive previous experience - as a technical property manager for large-scale commercial real estate, analyst in asset management and asset manager of a residential and commercial portfolio - enriches our team with a holistic perspective.

is responsible for the technical management of our Landmark Asset portfolio, in particular for SO / DasStue Berlin. His tasks include project management of maintenance and modernization measures, bidding process responsibility, analysis and construction assignments budget calculation and budget monitoring. Moreover, he oversees the day-to-day business of the Landmark Properties Palais an der Oper, LES 1 and Opernplatz XIV. New construction projects as well as transactions are executed under his expertise in strategic consulting and control, starting from early due diligence and ending with warranty management. Julian González Menéndez graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt with a degree in architecture.
